Neffos, TP-Link's sub-brand for smartphones, is going to launch and showcase their latest and upcoming smartphones Neffos X20 and X20 Pro at the Mobile World Congress 2019 on February 25.

Neffos X20 and X20 Pro are its flagship smartphones and are expected to hit the market sometime in June. Both devices will run on Neffos' own NFUI 9.0 software based on the Android 9.0 Pie OS. These two smartphones will be the first Neffos devices to run the latest user interface out of the box.

Neffos, TP-Link's Smartphone Brand, will Launch Neffos X20 and X20 Pro at MWC 2019

Both Neffos X20 and X20 Pro smartphones will feature large immersive 6.26-inch dewdrop screen, gradient designs, and dual rear-cameras powered by artificial intelligence.

The color gradient effect on the back of Neffos X20 and X20 Pro is achieved by using a nano-crystalline multi-layer coating technique providing a nice feel physically and visually and also making the device comfortable to the touch. The Neffos X20 will be available in Black, Blue, Red, and Aurora Purple colors, while the Neffos X20 Pro is will be available in Obsidian Black, Sapphire Blue, Malachite Green, and Sunset Purple.

NFUI 9.0 on Neffos X20 and X20 Pro will bring several camera-app improvements, improved Bokeh in portrait images from both rear and front cameras, AI Beauty mode for better selfies, AI Scene Recognition to detect up to 17 different scenes and objects to automatically select the best settings for the best photos.


At the MWC 2019 along with Neffos X20 and X20 Pro, Neffos will also showcase the Neffos P1 - a smartphone with built-in projector for projecting HD content from smartphone to a screen as large as 200 inches wide.

Market data for 2018 reveals that global shipments of Neffos smartphones grew by 300 percent year-over-year. With wider distribution and more impressive devices slated for this year, the company is confident more remarkable gains will be achieved this year.
