Wileyfox created lots of waves in the world of smartphones when it launched the Storm and Swift last year as mid-range smartphones with good specs at competitive prices. Then the Spark series of budget smartphones were launched and now Wileyfox is back with the Swift series with two new smartphones.
Wileyfox just launched the Swift 2 and Swift 2 Plus with good hardware specs at very budget-friendly price tags. Both these devices are pretty much similar in terms of hardware specs but as the name suggests, Wileyfox Swift 2 Plus comes with few extra perks.
Wileyfox Swift 2 and Swift 2 Plus are powered by a Qualcomm MSM8937 64-bit Octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz along with the Adreno 505 GPU. On the front side, both models are having the 8MP camera but on the rear, Swift 2 sports a 13MP camera and Swift 2 Plus a 16MP camera. The front camera comes with Live Filter feature too.
The screen size for both devices is 5-inch and the resolution is 720p HD. The 2.5D screens are protected by the Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3. Both devices are having metal body design and will be available in various beautiful colors.
Both Swift 2 variants are having the fingerprint sensor at the back of the device, NFC and USB Type-C port. The battery capacity of both devices is 2700 mAh and there is Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 provided for fast battery charging.
