Huawei today launched the next generation of flagship smartphones - Huawei P10 and P10 Plus in an event in Barcelona, Spain just before the Mobile World Congress 2017 event.
Huawei P10 comes with the HiSilicon Kirin 960 octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM, Android 7.0 Nougat OS along with the latest version of EMUI as EMUI 5.1. There is 64GB of on-board internal storage and there is a memory card slot provided that supports up to 256 GB of microSD card.
Huawei P10 features a 5.1-inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, 2.5D curved glass screen with 71.2% screen-to-body ratio.
On the imaging side, Huawei P10 comes with the dual 20 MP + 12 MP camera, OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), Leica optics, Phase Detection Autofocus, Laser auofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, 2X hybrid optical zoom like the one used in Huawei Mate 9 devices. The device is capable of recording 4K videos.
There is fingerprint sensor provided in the Home key that also works as the gesture based navigation control. The battery capacity in Huawei P10 is 3200mAh and it is claimed to be better battery life than the Apple iPhone 7 and Samsung Galaxy S7.
