Huawei Saudi Arabia has finally launched its first commercial 5G smartphone HUAWEI Mate 20 X 5G in the nation.

It is powered by Kirin 980 and the world’s first 7nm 5G multi-mode chipset Balong 5000 to support standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G networking modes making it compatible with 5G networks at any stage of deployment around the world.

Huawei's Balong 5000 is compatible with multiple generations of network technologies, from 2G through to 5G. Switching occurs at a low latency and less power consumption.

It features a 4200mAh battery, a bit lower than the regular Mate 20 X, but it supports 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge, a fast charging solution certified by TÜV Rheinland, along with an AI-powered battery optimizer that intelligently manages and regulates power consumption in the background.

HUAWEI Mate 20 X (5G) features a 7.2-inch FullView Display and the same Matrix camera module that we have seen earlier on other Mate 20 series smartphones with three Leica lenses fitted to a 40MP wide-angle camera, a 20MP ultra-wide camera and an 8MP telephoto camera.

HUAWEI Mate 20 X (5G) comes with the HUAWEI SuperCool, an advanced cooling solution consisting of a vapor chamber and graphene heat pipes to keep the device performance stable and cool while playing back high-definition videos or running high-end heavy graphics games.

The price of HUAWEI Mate 20x 5G in Saudi Arabia is 3699 SAR and it will be available at Huawei Flagship Store in Riyadh Park, Saudi Telecom Company (STC) and ETIHAD Itisalat (Mobily) stores in the Emerald Green color.
