After months of leaks and rumors, Google has officially announced the latest set of Pixel devices, Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, in an event few hours before.
Both devices Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, Adreno 630 GPU and Android 9.0 Pie OS. Pixel 3 features a 5.5 inch P-OLED screen with 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution and 77.2% screen-to-body ratio, 18:9 aspect ratio and 443 PPI density while Pixel 3 XL comes with 6.3-inch screen with 82.8% screen-to-body ratio, 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution, 18.5:9 aspect ratio and 523 PPI density.
Screen of both devices come with Always-on Display, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, 100% DCI-P3 coverage and HDR support.
In terms of RAM, Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL both come with 4GB RAM only and there is no other RAM variant will be available. For storage, both devices will come with 64 GB and 128 GB storage variants with no memory card slot in either of them.
In terms of imaging, both devices are exactly same too. There is a 12.2 MP rear camera provided by f/1.8 aperture, 1.4µm pixel size, Optical Image Stabilization, dual pixel PDAF and dual-LED flash. For video recording, 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60/120fps, 720p@240fps, 1080p@30fps (gyro-EIS) options are provided.
On the front side, there are dual 8+8 MP camera provided. One of them comes with f/1.8 aperture, 28mm (wide), PDAF and the secondary front camera is an ultra wide angle one with f/2.2 aperture, 19mm ultrawide lens with no autofocus.
Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL come with IP68 waterproofing certification. Google Pixel 3 is powered by 2915 mAh battery and Pixel 3 XL comes with 3430 mAh battery. Both devices support 18W fast battery charging and QI wireless charging.
