Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia Ltd., relocated its call center from Amman, Jordan to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of Samsung’s investments and support initiatives in creating job opportunities in Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the new Saudization to regulations which localized remote customer service professions.

The call center will feature a Call Representative Lounge, meeting rooms, a dedicated Samsung Training Room, a cutting-edge Samsung device lab, and resting areas for male and female employees, respectively.

Apart from assisting young Saudi men and women, Samsung will also contribute to Saudization in the customer service profession, in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The new call center in Riyadh will be open seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and will provide customers with enhanced support.
