By default, Blogger blogs follow the No Follow attribute in the comments. But, if you want to make your Blogspot blog a Do Follow blog for the comments then you can easily do that with a slight modification in the template code.
To add the Do Follow attribute in comments as mentioned above to your Blogger blog, Click on the Design button on your Blogger dashboard. Then click on the Edit HTML and then mark the Expand Widget Templates as shown in the image below.
Now, look for the code given below in the blog template code.
