Google Chrome browser is having an extension which selects all of your Facebook friends to invite to Like a Facebook page. All you have to do is to download and install the Google Chrome's Facebook extension on your Chrome browser. And when you click the link "Suggest To Friends" on a Facebook page then you will get a new option TOGGLE ALL. Just click on it and all of your friends will be selected. It is just that simple.
