Mute is a function which we really need sometimes in various aspects. And now Google is out with a new feature in Gmail, to mute the unnecessary conversations and emails.
If you're subscribed to a mailing list, you've no doubt been subjected to the 'thread that just won't die!' If you're part of a long message conversation that isn't relevant, you can 'mute' the conversation to keep all future additions out of your inbox. This feature is now available,in Google Labs. So, you can visit there and start using this muting email feature for your Gmail inbox
