WhatsApp is in news since last few days when Facebook announced that they are acquiring the world's most popular texting app WhatsApp. But now there is an even bigger news for all the WhatsApp users. And the good news is that WhatsApp has added the option to hide the "Last Seen" timestamp along with some other options in the latest version of the WhatApp v2.11.169. The latest version of the WhatsApp provides a new section of Privacy Settings under which you can decide the privacy settings for Last Seen timestamp, profile picture and WhatsApp status.

1. First of all, download the latest version of the WhatsApp from the Google Play Store or from the link given below.

2. After the installation, open the WhatsApp on your Android smartphone.
3. Go to the menu and tap on the Settings option to open it.
4. Under the Settings option, select the Account and the go to the Privacy option.
5. Now, you will see three privacy setting options - Last Seen, Profile Photo, Status.
6. Tap on the Last Seen option and select Nobody from the list as shown in the above image.
Now, none of WhatsApp user will be able to see your "Last Seen As" timestamp. You can also hide your WhatsApp Status and profile picture on WhatsApp from the newly added Privacy Settings.
