Keep in mind that this tool is designed basically for USA users and if you are using it from a location outside USA then, chances are high that it will show your location wrong. But still the test result will be pretty good to check the consistency of your Internet speed.

1. Go to the The Internet Health Test tool by clicking on the link given below.

2. Click on "Start The Test" button.

3. A pop-up windows will appear and the test will start automatically on it. The tool will check the upload an download and upload speed of your Internet connection along with other metrics.

4. Once the test is finished, it will show the result where you will find the "Fastest Test", "Slowest Test" and "Consistency". From the first two options, you will get the idea about the Internet speed you are getting. The consistency shows that how your ISP is behaving for different parts of the Internet.

If the consistency is shown high that your ISP is behaving similar throughout your browsing requests and it is not throttling your Internet speed but if the consistency is low that it means your Internet Service Provider is behaving differently for your different requests which is an indication that your ISP is putting cap on your Internet speed.
