OPPO F5, the selfie-focused smartphone by OPPO, was announced recently and now OPPO has just launched the OPPO F5 Youth smartphone. It is a cheaper and toned down version of the previous launched OPPO 5.
OPPO F5 Youth comes with the same 6-inch full HD+ full-screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio and the AI based beauty enhancement technology that scan 200 facial recognition spots to beautify a captured selfie perfectly.
It also offers the bokeh effect and Face Unlock feature with facial recognition. But the camera is reduced to a 16-megapixel on the front side and a 13-megapixel on the rear.
OPPO F5 Youth is powered by a MediaTek Helio P23 2.5GHz octa-core 16nm processor with 770MHz ARM Mali G71 MP2 GPU. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. There is a also a microSD card provided to expand the memory.
The 2.5D curved glass display is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and there is a fingerprint sensor provided on the back of the device.
