Google has officially introduced the Pixel 10a in the global markets, as previously announced. The latest addition to the Pixel lineup retains its 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and now delivers up to 3000 nits of peak brightness — making it 11% brighter than the Google Pixel 9a.

The smartphone continues to be powered by the Google Tensor G4 SoC, paired with the Titan M2 security chip. It runs on Android 16 and comes with an impressive seven years of software support, including major Android OS upgrades and regular security updates. In the US, the device also introduces Satellite SOS support — a first for the Pixel A-series.

The Pixel 10a is available in Obsidian, Fog, Lavender, and Berry colour options. It sports a refined, premium design with rounded edges, a satin-finish 100% recycled aluminium frame, and an 81% recycled plastic back. Notably, the device features a clean rear panel without a protruding camera bump and carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

In terms of optics, the Pixel 10a retains its 48MP primary rear camera with OIS, accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, it houses a 13MP camera, with both front and rear cameras capable of recording 4K video. Additional features include Macro Focus on the main camera, along with software enhancements such as Auto Best Take and Camera Coach.

The device packs the same 5100mAh battery, promising up to 30 hours of battery life. Charging speeds have been improved, with wired fast charging upgraded to 30W (up from 23W), while wireless charging now supports 10W, compared to the previous 7.5W.

The Pixel 10a will go on sale starting March 6 across online platforms and major retail outlets.
