Repairs completed through pickup and delivery are returned within 72 hours at no extra cost. Customers who prefer to drop in can instead visit a nearby Samsung service centre for same-day repair.

Every repair under Samsung Care+ Now is delivered with Samsung’s trusted service quality in mind. Repairs are completed using genuine Samsung parts by authorized service professionals, and repaired components are covered by a three-month service warranty for added reassurance. Customers can also benefit from secure payment options at checkout and earn Samsung Rewards with every purchase.
