I have posted earlier about the Samsung and HTC phones getting Android Ice Cream Sandwich updates. And now, Sony Ericsson have announced about their phone models and the date for the Android ICS upgrade.
Sony Ericsson has confirmed that Xperia devices will get the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) upgrade starting from the end of March, 2012. The devices which will receive the Android ICS updates are Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S, Xperia Neo V, Xperia Ray, Xperia Arc, Xperia PLAY, Xperia Neo, Xperia Mini, Xperia Mini Pro, Xperia Pro and Xperia Active. Also the Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman will get the Android ICS upgrade, too.
As you can see, all Sony Ericsson Xperia devices will have the Android Ice Cream Sandwich upgarde. This upgrade will start in various phase for the different devices. So, just wait for three months to upgrade your Sony Ericsson smartphone to Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
