There are the gadgets some people think are necessary, and others – well, they just want them because they’re cool. But truthfully, there are gazillion gadgets out there, with the technology revolution alive and well - just waiting for you to buy, and play with – but which ones are must haves?

This tablet was launched in 2011, and quite successfully. This is the budget conscious version of the iPad and with a seven-inch display it competes nicely. This tablet has a duel core processor, an Android 2.3 operating system (customized, of course) and is much more than just an eBook reader. It browses, pays media files, and allows downloading of games, books and other things that will ensure you’re never bored.



2. Sony PlayStation Vita


This gamer hardware is for serious gaming only, nixing the gimmicky child-friendly software and it is awesome. The OLED five-inch screen is bright, colorful and touch sensitive. It is also a graphics powerhouse, similar to the PlayStation 3 - home console version.



3. Apple iPhone 4S


This is known and actually recognized as one of the best smartphones on the market, with duel core processing, strong graphics, and doubles as a portable gaming device.
