1. On your Windows Phone 8.1 device, go to the list of application and scroll down to the Storage Sense. Tap on it to open.

2. It will show you how memory consumption status of your phone and SD card. Tap on the "phone" now.

3. On the next screen, you will find the type of files which are taking space in the phone memory. Tap on the "apps and games" to open the list of all apps and games installed on the phone memory.

4. Now tap on any app or game which you would like to move to the memory card or SD card.

5. After you tap on the app or game name, a new screen will appear showing the option "move to SD". Just tap on the "move to SD" option to move that particular app or game to the SD card.

1. Follow the first three steps of the above tutorial.

2. Once the list of all apps and games installed on your phone memory is on your screen, tap on the "Select" button given in the bottom center.

3. Now, select all of the apps and games which you would like to move to SD card on your Windows Phone 8.1 phone.

4. Once all apps and games are selected, tap on the "move" button.

5. A confirmation message will appear on screen, as shown in the first image of this article above, asking if you really want to move all these apps and games to memory card on your Windows Phone 8.1 device.
