OPPO has just announced the OPPO A79, their latest mid-range smartphone in China in the ‘A’ series.
It comes with a large a 6-inch full HD+ full-screen AMOLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 86% screen-to-body ratio. Most of the features and hardware specs of OPPO A79 are similar to OPPO F5, including the same MediaTek Helio P23 processor, 16-megapixel rear camera and Face Unlock security feature.
It sports 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage along with a memory card slot to expand the memory. It comes with a 3000mAh non-removable battery with OPPO's VOOC Flash Charge fast charging technology that claims to provides up to 2 hours of talk time with just 5 minutes of charging.
On the imaging side, it features a comes with a 16-megapixel front and rear camera with flash but different apertures. There is a fingerprint scanner provided on the back and below the primary camera module.
