Huawei Honor’s latest flagship device Honor 5X is finally going to be launched in Middle East. Honor 5X was unveiled at the CES 2016 and recently it was launched in India that is a big and good market for the mid-range smartphone segment and where Huawei is already doing pretty good with its Honor series of smartphone.
Honor Arabia team announced that Honor 5X will be available in UAE from 8th February 2016 on its official website, retail market and e-commerce websites as well at the price tag of 899 AED. They also mentioned that there will be a surprise included as well without giving the idea that what that surprise is going to be.
Honor 5X is the first smartphone of the series that is going to be launched in USA and it is priced there at $199.99 (734 AED). It is already launched in India at INR 12,999 (Dh703). So looking at their price tags, price of Huawei Honor 5X is a bit expensive with respect to other countries.
Honor 5X comes with 5.5-inch Full-HD screen with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and 400ppi. It runs on the Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, 2GB/3GB of RAM, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and Huawei’s EMUI 3.1 ROM.
