Microsoft announced that Skype integration will roll out soon to users of UK in this week. But users of USA will have to wait a little longer than the rest of the world. Hopefully , it will be available to all users very soon.

So from the next time. you will be able to use the Skype right from your web browser instead of spending time on opening the Skype manually. 1. Go to and sign in to your account.

2. If the Skype for Outlook is available on your account, you will get an option to merge your account with your Skype accounts.

3. Once you visit the merging option, it will ask you to sign in with your Skype account. Sign in using your Skype credentials.

4. Now, just download all the necessary browser plugins required to integrate Skype to your inbox.

Keep in mind that this browser plugin is not needed for instant messaging but only for the audio and video calls using Skype on So, if you just want to use instant messaging of Skype on then, you do not need to download this browser plugin.
